Northern Arizona native but have lived in Carlsbad for 6 years with my husband. I grew up as a dancer doing ballet from the age of 3. Yoga became a part of my life after I was no longer able to dance due to a car accident and needed an outlet to express myself. Movement has always been a healing experience for me to help center myself through anxiety and depression. I hope to bring a positive & loving energy to desert daze and its community.

Talyssa’s classes focus on building strength from the inside out. Through morning full-body yoga flows, targeted core work, and sculpt sessions, she creates an uplifting space where students can move with intention, challenge themselves, and leave feeling stronger and more balanced.
